I needed a prescription for an ongoing condition and was unable to get into my primary care doc. My insurance company suggested I call LiveHealth for an appt. Less than five miniutes (and $185) into the appointment, the doctor told me they can't prescribe the needed medication. I totally understand that they have rules. However, given that I was clear on the intake form about why I was calling and what I needed, an appointment should never have been made. Like most healthcare in the U.S., this organization appears to be a money grab. Never again would I use them.
