$80 co-pay to spend 3 minutes reconfirming already provided information, then 2 minutes saying, "Yeah I think you have chronic bronchitis, go see someone in person. Bye."Should've just gone to Med Express, I guess. Felt very rushed. Don't think I'll try Telehealth again, and definitely not with this company. Feel like I just got robbed, even if the advice/diagnosis might've been correct. Was expecting a longer discussion and possible prescription or direction.
