Live Health Online used to suffer from many usability issues compounded by a lack of customer service. I can’t speak to whether customer service has improved, but I can vouch for a somewhat-improved user experience.I no longer need to redownload and reinstall the desktop software over itself multiple times on a weekly basis. When you do have to reinstall, it can take a few minutes, and you’ll only be prompted as the website handshakes with your copy of the software as your visit is initialized. So, make sure you arrive well before the fifteen-minute appointment window. If you don’t, you may run out of time and miss your appointment while struggling through installation.I haven’t tried the mobile app for several months after the mobile team told me the reason it often glitched was that it wasn’t being updated often. Surprising admission—I wonder why there is a mobile app at all. Thanks for the chance to give feedback! Good luck to other users, and here’s hoping for additional (and continued) improvements.
