I tried this app based on a coworker's recommendation, but my experience was far from what the platform's policies promised. Upon arrival, I discovered a trash bag left in the kitchen, which contradicts the supposed professional cleaning before check-in. Moreover, the bed linens had a strong, unpleasant odor that disrupted our sleep. The platform claims fresh linens are provided for each stay, but the sheets certainly did not meet that standard. When I raised the issue, I was informed that the cleaning team couldn't locate the fresh linens as they had been sent to the homeowner and should have been left visible. This excuse doesn't change the fact that the linens at check-in were unusable. The reservation was for two adults, yet only one towel was provided. After contacting the support team, I was told they would check on new towels, but there was no timely resolution. Photos were later sent as proof of cleaning, yet the trash in the kitchen and the state of the linens tell a different story. While the concept of the app is appealing, the execution and quality control were quite disappointing.
