According to their standards, every home should have a fully functional kitchen, yet my current stay lacks essential items like pans and a water cooker. I reached out to the support team, but they have been unhelpful and offered no relocation or solution. Has anyone else faced this issue? Is the service becoming more like a generic rental platform without the promised quality control? A warning to others: don’t assume the support team will assist you if the property doesn’t meet the requirements.
