I tried this service based on a coworker's suggestion, but my experience did not meet the expectations set by the platform’s policies. Upon arrival, I found a trash bag in the kitchen, which contradicts the professional cleaning promised before check-in. Additionally, the bed linens had an unpleasant odor that disrupted our sleep. The platform claims to provide fresh linens for each stay, but the sheets did not reflect that. When I raised the issue, I was informed that the cleaning team couldn't find the fresh linens left for us. This doesn’t excuse the unusable linens at check-in. Although the reservation was for two adults, only one towel was provided. After contacting support, I was told they would check on new towels, but there was no timely follow-up. Photos were sent as proof of cleaning, but the trash and poor linens contradict that. While the idea behind the service is appealing, the execution and quality control were quite lacking.
