One of its advertised features is water intake tracking, yet the charge indicator never showed when the bottle was fully charged, making the feature unreliable.I decided to return it, and the refund process was extremely slow:Over one week for the first responseSeveral more delays to get return instructionsWeeks with no updates after the bottle was sent backWhen the refund was finally approved, I was refunded $20 less than the original amount, with no explanation. Shipping was free, and the refunded invoice is not transparent, showing inconsistent totals.After multiple follow-ups and long delays, I am now disputing the transaction with my credit card company.I trusted this brand because its products are sold through Apple, but between misleading promotions, product issues, and poor customer service, this experience was very disappointing.
