What an amazing company! I received my water bottle as a gift and I think with all of the excitement at Christmas the charger got lost. I was bummed because I heard so many great things about the features of this water bottle. I reached out to them and they were so kind. They sent another charger right out to me. This is the best water bottle I have ever had! It keeps the perfect temperature and the water taste so fresh, honestly like it was from a fresh spring! I probably have 25 water bottles and I always reach for this one! I finally found the one that will cause me to throw all of the other water bottles away!
