It has been a month since I placed an order to a friend for a bereavement. The plant still has not arrived, and sits on the 'label created' limbo. I've reached out to customer service and after the first 'we'll look into it', I got nothing. No followup about why the plant has not shipped and no offer to do something about it. I've emailed customer service again to ask for a full refund and won't be making the mistake of buying from lively root again.
