Early in the start of this company, the customer service and attention to detail was spot on! In recent years, they obviously got too big for their britches so to speak, taking weeks to ship, unanswered calls/emails etc. At first they seemed so genuine about listening to what their customers were requesting. One of those products was a fragrance "Hair of the Dog" which so many begged for more once an overpriced tiny $30 sample (I mean 3 sprays worth). Rather than give the customer what was poplular, they went off on a tangent of "Oh you want this?, well how bout candles instead?" They ran in 50 different directions with candles, selling cheap plastic chickens, lip balms; all the while pulling popular products down, even at one time pulling all deodorants down. Then the obvious came, sales were obviously lacking given their lack of moral compass to the customers needs and did they back up and correct their ways? No, they whined about how they were hurting as a small business.... Now all one sees in their newsletters is boo hoo, we're going under, please buy more.... Slower shipping times, smaller product for more money, packages sent by media mail taking a month to recieve (just to cut corners) is NOT the way to keep your customers loyal.... Sadly, they truly live up to the name outlaw by trying to take more than give.....
