I wasn't able to do a refund on their website! I Tried to call them, but they were busy a lot! However, I received an immediate notification after I email them with my order number and they refunded me on the spot! OK... I'm happy!
This company is brilliant. Their fragrances both smell amazing and actually last all day (longer, in fact), not fading after just a couple of hours like most. Their soaps and lip balms are great too, and I really need to get through the stock of boring soap I have at home so I can stock up on theirs. Honestly I don’t think I will be buying fragrance, soap, shampoo or conditioner anywhere else again.
They charged my credit card for an order I didn't make. They said they refunded the card but now I go to pay my bill and its still on there. If they can charge me instantly then they can refund me instantly. That's all besides the fact that the shipping has doubled all the sudden. And I keep getting emails saying I have earned discounts but can't ever get a discount code. I love the body wash but I believe this company is unprofessional. I canceled my subscription box because they kept sending me a bunch of body wash that smelled like trees or grass and not any fire in the hole or cursed cowboy just a bunch of stupid stuff. Thats not very outlaw!
Early in the start of this company, the customer service and attention to detail was spot on! In recent years, they obviously got too big for their britches so to speak, taking weeks to ship, unanswered calls/emails etc. At first they seemed so genuine about listening to what their customers were requesting. One of those products was a fragrance "Hair of the Dog" which so many begged for more once an overpriced tiny $30 sample (I mean 3 sprays worth). Rather than give the customer what was poplular, they went off on a tangent of "Oh you want this?, well how bout candles instead?" They ran in 50 different directions with candles, selling cheap plastic chickens, lip balms; all the while pulling popular products down, even at one time pulling all deodorants down. Then the obvious came, sales were obviously lacking given their lack of moral compass to the customers needs and did they back up and correct their ways? No, they whined about how they were hurting as a small business.... Now all one sees in their newsletters is boo hoo, we're going under, please buy more.... Slower shipping times, smaller product for more money, packages sent by media mail taking a month to recieve (just to cut corners) is NOT the way to keep your customers loyal.... Sadly, they truly live up to the name outlaw by trying to take more than give.....
Absolutely love their products especially Cursed Cowboy and Blazing Saddles. I order directly from the web site as the selection is more "complete" and shipping is respectable about 5 days to Arizona.Communication is awesome and funny and an A+ on the included rubber chicken with every order. Finally, their customer service is outstanding, I an issue with USPS losing my package, contacted Outlaw and they resent the items lickity split and hassle free.They have earned my respect and business.
Rather than hunting for the occasional store or market vendor who happened to have Outlaw products at a time when I remembered to get it I chose to order directly from their website. It was easy, the correspondence is comprehensive and fun, and the products arrived and are doing exactly what I want. I tried a few products I had not been able to find locally and am hooked. Seriously, I never write reviews but I couldn’t be happier and will continue to order directly. I may even set up a subscription order once I determine how quickly I go through the various products.
