Customer service are RUDE people.
I opted in to use the 2UP bet £10 get a £10 free bet & used it for 4 weeks on the bounce.
Now suddenly they didn't give me my free bet & when i questioned it they said i haven't opted in, when i checked the page the opt in button wasn't visible as I opted in previously.
Then suddenly it reappeared.
Shocking.
