Every time I or my partner get a new phone we buy a Live x Mainten case. I can confidently say we have pribab spent nearly £200 with them in the last few years between our person and work devices. I bought a £25 phone case 7-8 months ago and the side is now coming away from the back. Not what I expect when paying a premium for a case. I emailed them and was advised that faults can only be addressed if reported within 7 days - so essentially there's no sort of quality guarantee after a week. I was offered a 20% discount off of a new case but given there's already a 15% off promo on the site currently, and given I can get a cheap case off of Amazon for £5 (of which I've bought before and they're still going strong..) I won't be rebuying.
