Review Time
After leaving a poor review of my experience this company attempted to have my review removed for defamation. Thankfully trustpilot did not allow this. Just goes to show the disingenuous culture of this company. Avoid at all costs
I wanted a particular design on my phone case and the team provided an example of how it would look. I changed my mind on background colour but still it was no trouble for them to provide a sample photo. I ordered it and it arrived within 3 days and is even better than I thought. I would highly recommend them and will certainly be buying from them again as they will make great presents as they are very affordable
Really terrible experiences with this company. I ordered twice from them and they cancelled both orders before Christmas. Which meant the Christmas gift wouldn’t come and they continued to offer stupid excuses. Then I contacted customer service who are the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. Using phrases like “make it make sense” and “you don’t know how to listen”. I ordered the gift a third after two cancelled orders and the order never came. I contacted them and they were extremely unhelpful. I tried to get a refund for two months and they tried to make jump through hoops because they wanted me to give up on the suitcase I ordered. Contacted Revolut. Got my money back. Such a shame as custom suitcases are a niche market. Wouldn’t recommend. Stay away
I ordered a case in beige and later wanted the vanity case the match The description is identical how ever when it’s arrived the vanity in lilacI contacted the service team to explain they have sent me the wrong colour and they said beige can vary to lilac No offer to help or exchange to the correct colour in the listing I haven’t even used the case yet They were so rude on message Avoid - plenty of other places do similar items
Customer service VERY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE!!!!They offer a 10% discount on first order! This was NOT honoured!!! I contacted customer service. They said not available on discounted orders but it does not say this on their website. I complained to head office and after several email attempts their response was just as unhelpful!! Were willing to offer a PARTIAL refund of the 10% but ADMITTED that I was right and they had NOT explained on their website. I did not accept a partial refund!! BEWARE 10% DISCOUNT ON FIRST ORDER NOT GIVEN. FALSE ADVERTISING.
