They brought in an interior designer to assist with the style selection and made sure we had refreshments, making the whole experience delightful! They guided us through various payment options and provided numerous fabric samples. They assisted with measurements to find the perfect fit. The delivery team was equally pleasant, calling ahead to inform us of their arrival and quickly assembling everything! They were very respectful of our home, taking off their shoes and cleaning up after themselves. The team has been wonderful! Thank you for making this so enjoyable. Our sofa and cuddle seat are perfect and of the finest quality! The included accent cushions are a lovely touch, and we're thrilled with the outcome. They also offered a fabric care package for after use and a warranty for any issues. We will definitely return to this store.
