I was unable to get an appointment with my own GP surgery then remembered Livi. I got an appointment for the next day after uploading the app. This was very straight forward. My appointment was with a lovely, helpful and friendly GP who put me at ease. She was very thorough and prescribed the medication I needed . I will definitely be using Livi again.
