The Livi GP was professional, empathetic, knowledgeable and efficient, all of which were invaluable in putting me at ease and ensuring that my medical concerns felt validated and respected. Although the original appointment had to be rescheduled, the new appointment was the next morning and the change was communicated well ahead of the original appointment.
