I have difficulty accessing an appointment at my surgery but over the last year have used Livi three times. Each time they have been fantastic. I can describe my symptoms first in my own words, offered an appointment within a couple of hours to suit me, the doctors have always read my notes and history which rarely happens at a surgery, and they listen, are thorough in their questioning and are very helpful. If they can help and prescribe any meds these go immediately to my local pharmacy for me to collect within an hour. I cannot praise Livi enough and recommend the service to all my friends who complain about not getting into their surgery. Face to face on phone screen is so much better than a phone call
