I was offered a Livi appointment instead of waiting a week for a phone call about my mental health from my GP. The Livi GP was late. She then told me that I had "exhausted" all my options for anxiety medication, apart from two controlled drugs that Livi could not prescribe. A quick Google search after this very disappointing (and completely unsympathetic or empathetic) call showed that the Livi GP was totally wrong. There are many other medications I could be offered that aren't controlled substances. I suspected this on the call anyway, as when I previously spoke with my local GP they explicitly stated I had other options to try. Which was why I had made the appointment in the first place, to ask about alternatives. I will never use Livi again, and will share how rubbish the service was with anyone else who is offered an appointment with them.
