Awful. Set up an appointment with Livi for a Friday as my practice had none until the following week. Booked the appointment two days in advance which was meant to be 11am. Waited until 12:40 then notified it was rescheduled to 14:15. Then at 14:40 I received a notification that it was rescheduled again to 14:00 on the following Monday. By this time I called my GP practice who were unable to see me until the next week due to it being late on a Friday. Called 111 and got a prescription for my pain by 8pm. I had been in awful pain for 3 days by this time. I was prescribed naproxen, codydramol and diazepam due to the severity of my pain. Would never use this service again and would warn others against it. It was also my birthday that day which only added to the awfulness of the experience
