Awful experience. First appointment was 15 minutes early and rang once before hanging up on me and claiming I was a no show. Second appointment was rescheduled to an inconvenient time where I was at work and that meant my child could not be with me which is the rule if the appointment is for them. Rescheduled it but the app wouldn't allow my voice to be heard when using earphones. Taking earphones out meant I was able to be heard but there was a delay with the call which meant a conversation was impossible. I will not be using this service again.
