It was so easy to make an appointment, upload photos to show the issue and write my symptoms down. The call came within 5mins of the 20min time slot given and the doctor on the line was friendly and understanding. She ran some security checks at the start of the call to make sure it was me and sent a prescription at the end direct to my chosen chemist. Second time I’ve used this service and would recommend.
