This was the first time I had used Livi. I found the app easy to use, the questions asked were simplistic and easy to answer. I was also told how long I would have to wait for my appointment once I joined the queue and was sent continual reminders of how long the waiting time was left. Just before my appointment I was told the name of the GP I would be seeing. The GP was brilliant and prescribed my medication which I picked up a few hours later. All in all an excellent first experience of Livi.
