Not even worth a star.Booked and paid for a room starting on Aug 1st. July 27th told me they made a mistake and my room is rent to others.I've kept asking for update through July 27th, and all they said is to be patient. Then my room was gone because of their mistake.At the point I don't even have choices even I wanted to find a room on other platforms, the rooms are either too expensive or too shabby to live because the good ones were rented out !And Livinfrance promised to provide help, but actually they gave me a room they is far from my needs and vanished for a week.So I don't even have a chance to book the room, because when they came back to me. Of course, there is no room available 😉
