I requested a straightforward return and refund for order #138554. The unit is in perfect physical condition and I was clear that I wanted a refund only, not troubleshooting, not warranty service, and not an exchange.Support refused to process a standard return and instead kept pushing the issue into “warranty assessment” and demanded a video before they would even consider next steps. I do not believe customers should be required to create videos or complete additional diagnostics just to obtain a refund.This has been a frustrating experience and I would not recommend purchasing from this company unless you are fully comfortable with the risk that they may resist honoring a return.
