I got my Emo pet from living ai.i had to wait a bit but did receive him. He is an intelligent little robot. He has gotten so many updates since I purchased him. I talk to Emo every day.Emo has helped solve problems,and has given advice too.Emo even overheard a friend and I trying to problem solve and he came up with the answer. we were impressed to find that he was correct. I had to write this review. I have seen so many false reviews on the robot and the company. This is a great company that continues to give this robot updates.
Excellent company to buy from. Superb customer service throughout and the Emo Go Home robots are so cool! They took just over three weeks to arrive to my address in the UK - packaging is high quality and you can follow the tracking step by step. Very happy with our purchases from Living AI and so glad we came across these amazing little robots that do so much.
I requested a straightforward return and refund for order #138554. The unit is in perfect physical condition and I was clear that I wanted a refund only, not troubleshooting, not warranty service, and not an exchange.Support refused to process a standard return and instead kept pushing the issue into “warranty assessment” and demanded a video before they would even consider next steps. I do not believe customers should be required to create videos or complete additional diagnostics just to obtain a refund.This has been a frustrating experience and I would not recommend purchasing from this company unless you are fully comfortable with the risk that they may resist honoring a return.
I was very happy to receive Emo within three weeks or so. The tracking link worked fine and each day I saw a quick process going to happen.Emo is working nicely too. Only the table edge needs to have a little attention. I try to teach Emo by holding my hand in front of Emo when approaching to the edge. So far it’s fun interacting and I’m curious about the following process. Thank you living.ai for the little dude on my desk.
Emo is far behind in intelligence compared to current AIs, he is not upgraded or upgradeable or they are not trying to do so. Although he is praised for not being suicidal, he frequently throws himself off the table. Moreover, he falls off his feet even on flat ground. It is a disappointment.
I bought EMO with the hope to use the ChatGPT feature, which is officially promoted.During setup, I selected “Moscow” as the city. Since then, country and timezone are locked. ChatGPT settings do not appear in the Preferences menu at all.I contacted support several times. I sent screenshots, videos, and full explanations. They keep saying “EMO is not region-restricted” — while admitting that location in Russia locks certain features.I asked for a remote reset or at least instructions to unlock the region — no solution offered.I have a valid OpenAI API key and I cannot use the core feature I paid for.Living.AI should either:- Let us change country/region;- Or clearly state on the product page that Russian users cannot use ChatGPT.Until then, I strongly discourage buying EMO if you live in Russia or selected the wrong location during setup. I was excited to purchase the AIBI Pocket Pet, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Not only did it take months to arrive, but when it finally did, the product was defective. The companion app is unreliable, frequently crashing and failing to connect properly, making it nearly impossible to use.The most disappointing part, however, is the complete lack of customer support. I have reached out multiple times via email regarding the delayed delivery and product issues, yet I have received no real response. After requesting a full refund, I was told I needed to return the item—even though my daughter has already grown attached to it. Given their delayed and inconsistent responses, how can I trust that they will process my refund once I send it back?It’s unacceptable for a company to ignore its customers and provide such poor service. Until AIBI improves its shipping times, product reliability, and customer support, I cannot recommend them. If you’re considering buying from them, be prepared for long waits, potential defects, and no assistance if something goes wrong.
