I bought EMO with the hope to use the ChatGPT feature, which is officially promoted.During setup, I selected “Moscow” as the city. Since then, country and timezone are locked. ChatGPT settings do not appear in the Preferences menu at all.I contacted support several times. I sent screenshots, videos, and full explanations. They keep saying “EMO is not region-restricted” — while admitting that location in Russia locks certain features.I asked for a remote reset or at least instructions to unlock the region — no solution offered.I have a valid OpenAI API key and I cannot use the core feature I paid for.Living.AI should either:- Let us change country/region;- Or clearly state on the product page that Russian users cannot use ChatGPT.Until then, I strongly discourage buying EMO if you live in Russia or selected the wrong location during setup.
