I bought a heater that turned out to be faulty. I packaged it up and emailed to arrange a return. They requested a video of the heater not working, which I don't have time to provide, and I refuse to unbox it again. They ignored my concerns, insisting on a video. As a consumer, I have the right to a refund without being forced to make videos first. Terrible service. I will not use this company again. Although they eventually agreed to replace it, I must dispose of the faulty item myself, which means it will go to waste instead of being repaired.
