Very disappointing delivery experience.

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences. I received the incorrect bed, and it has been 8 weeks waiting for collection. I took 4 days off work for the agreed pickup, but no one showed up. Meanwhile, I have yet to receive a refund for a large sum of money. I do not recommend this service.

One of the worst experiences...

This has been one of the worst experiences. I received the wrong bed, and it has now been 8 weeks waiting for the collection. I've taken 4 days off work as a time was agreed for collection, but no one showed up. In the meantime, I have not received a refund for a substantial amount of money. I do not trust this service.

Unsatisfactory service

I have been waiting for an item to be delivered since November 12. Communication has been slow, and I only receive emails from them at odd hours. The last email I sent to follow up on my delivery has gone unanswered. I ordered from a well-known store without realizing I was dealing with a marketplace and this company. I would not order from them again.

Challenging refund process for defective item

I purchased a bookshelf, but when it arrived, all five shelves had visible holes at the front. I contacted them to request a refund for the wrong product. They responded by stating that the product is universal and can be used with doors. I clarified that I wanted a bookshelf, not a cupboard, and that this was not advertised correctly. I am still trying to secure a refund!

Delivery included a rusty table...

My delivery included a rusty table, and upon further inspection, the sofa had rusty parts as well. I reached out to inform them and was told that moisture and humidity can cause this issue with outdoor furniture, and they suggested using a soft brush to remove the rust. They initially offered a £40 refund, which after 13 emails back and forth and my request for a return and refund, was increased to £80. I am currently waiting for the courier to arrange a pickup. Without a garage, the item is now boxed and exposed to rain for collection. I hope that damage from moisture and humidity won't affect my full refund.

Terrible experience, AVOID

I ordered an item that was supposed to be delivered directly. For the past two days, I've waited all day as the email stated delivery would be between 8-6. Nothing has arrived, and no one seems to know what's happening, with email dates changing daily. The item is crucial for my new business, and I'm losing money every day there's a delay. I would not recommend this service.

Caution advised

I'd advise caution. I ordered a greenhouse, but one package did not arrive. There is no contact number for this company, and the courier they use also lacks a customer telephone number. I ordered through a major retailer, and even they cannot get in touch with them.

Purchased a metal garden shed – very disappointing

I bought a metal garden shed while being critically ill and disabled. It was flimsy and put me in debt to have it assembled since there were no instructions included. I just don’t need this added stress, and I wouldn't recommend them. I purchased it some time ago, but they only started to assemble the flimsy cardboard box yesterday.

Faulty product and challenging return process

I bought a heater that turned out to be faulty. I packaged it up and emailed to arrange a return. They requested a video of the heater not working, which I don't have time to provide, and I refuse to unbox it again. They ignored my concerns, insisting on a video. As a consumer, I have the right to a refund without being forced to make videos first. Terrible service. I will not use this company again. Although they eventually agreed to replace it, I must dispose of the faulty item myself, which means it will go to waste instead of being repaired.

Excellent customer service

I ordered an item that didn't meet my expectations. I contacted customer service, and they responded quickly, offering either an exchange for a similar item or a return. I found something slightly more expensive and asked if I could pay the difference. They agreed to send me the replacement at no extra cost, and I didn't need to return the original. Excellent customer service.
