What a joke. Ordered item on Debenhams website. Product arrived defective couldn’t be put together. Had to contact Living and Home same day as delivered. After many emails and videos showing what the defect was and it was not fit for use they finally offered me a refund and did not want the product back so I had to get rid of it myself. They said I had to wait 15 days for my refund (quick enough to take the money). It’s now been 15 days and still no refund. Tried to claim back through PayPal but was refused as it had been over the 30 days from ordering and there is no appeals process. So thanks for the scam Living and Home. Won’t be buying anything from Debenhams again or Living and Home.
