Also worried, I purchased a pergola online for just under $6000 and told it won't arrive till 7 Dec. Followed up today, online chat not working and couldn't get through on the phone. Finally got hold of lady called Jane. Told me she was the only one answering calls. She really couldn't give me a delivery date and sounded totally disorganised. Hoping I will get what I've paid for, but a bit concerned.
