I was very impressed at how quick Living Culture were able to get the grill delivered to me. From time of purchase to having it delivered was less than 2 days. They sent their own delivery team who were super helpful and moving what was very heavy and an awkward thing to carry to my back deck
The representative was wonderful to work with, showcasing a wealth of knowledge and a great sense of humor. The entire process was smooth as we ordered a louvre roof and side awning, along with a city awning. Although we haven't installed the side awning yet, my partner successfully assembled the louvre today, and the instructions were clear. The delivery packaging was also excellent.

The cover mechanism is well thought out. The heavy base has wheels for easy movement. Overall, we're thrilled with our investment.

Avoid this company! They claim to offer many services, but when it comes to delivery and installation, they fail to deliver as advertised. They impose additional fees for delivery and cannot install products as described. Their response times are slow and they do not operate in good faith. Overall, a disappointing experience.
I wish I had seen reviews about motorised pergolas before purchasing. The installation was poorly done, leaving faulty wiring, and various parts broke down. Getting the correct replacements has been a nightmare, despite providing clear photos. I strongly advise against buying from this company.
