Scam Alert - Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought and paid my products in full on 22 October - it is now 09 November - and still no delivery. Is this company a scam? Ordered 2 x outdoor tub chairs and paid for deliver fee. A total of over $300 paid in full on 22 October 2024.1 week after, I had to go back in store to follow up on my receipt they advised will be emailed to me but never arrived. They advised delivery will be end of the week. 2 weeks after purchase now and no communication from Living Culture on delivery - and no delivery of chairs. I phoned and spoke with a Jen/Jane who said it missed the run so it will be delivered 09 November or before. 09 November - 3 weeks I’ve been waiting - no delivery and no communication from Living Culture. I just phoned and was told it’s actually going to be delivered on Friday. She advised she will call me back to confirm. I have paid Living Culture over $300 and I still do not have the products I have paid for and I have had to call them each time to follow up on my delivery. Is this company a scam?
