I've been residing in this location for the past 2.5 years. After viewing numerous apartments, I chose this one for its cleanliness and modernity. It truly has been the best choice for my first apartment in the UK. The standout feature is the on-site team; they work tirelessly to maintain cleanliness and hold tenants accountable. While management could improve, the on-site staff deserves recognition. Many issues noted by others do exist, but the team does their utmost to assist. The amenities are fantastic, especially the communal workspaces, kitchen, pool table, and gym, which still feels new after over two years. Unfortunately, there has been a significant pest control issue in the bin shed recently, which needs urgent attention. The team is diligent in cleaning daily, and I hope this gets resolved soon. Any maintenance issues in my apartment have been addressed swiftly; my washing machine was replaced just days after I reported it. My only concern is an incident with my bike in the shed, which I recommend keeping locked away from others. Despite some challenges, I would certainly recommend this place due to its prime location and high-quality apartments.
