I've been residing in Roco for the last 2.5 years and explored many apartments before deciding on this one. What made me stay was the cleanliness and the newness of both my apartment and the building upon my arrival. It was truly the best choice for my first home in the UK. The standout feature here is the on-site team. They work tirelessly, putting in long hours to keep everything clean and hold tenants accountable for their actions. If I were to rate the management, it might be lower, but the on-site staff deserves recognition. While many issues mentioned in other reviews are valid, the on-site team is rarely the cause. They genuinely strive to assist, though sometimes their efforts may not suffice. The amenities are excellent, especially the communal workspaces, kitchen, pool table, and the gym, which still feels and smells new even after over two years (I will definitely miss this!). However, in the past six months, there has been a significant pest control issue in the bin area. I'm not sure who is accountable for this, but it's concerning and needs urgent attention. I've observed the on-site team working diligently to maintain cleanliness daily, and I hope this issue gets addressed soon. Any problems within the apartment are resolved quickly. For instance, my washing machine was replaced on the third day of my tenancy, just a day after I reported the issue. Similarly, plumbing, electrical, and internet concerns are handled promptly by the team. The only negative experience I've had is when someone nearly damaged my new bike in the bike shed, and we still haven't identified the responsible party. A tip for future tenants: keep your bike locked away from others, as there's ample space in the shed and it remains relatively safe otherwise. Despite the challenges, I would certainly recommend this place. It boasts a fantastic location in the city center with high-quality apartments.

Additionally, cleanliness has been an issue, with pest problems in the bin area. Security is also a concern, as non-residents have access to the building due to the renting of amenities. Overall, I would not recommend this place unless you're prepared to face management issues and unexpected costs.
