Initially, I was informed that the building was primarily for professionals, but it has shifted to around 75% international students. If you're looking for a social atmosphere with like-minded professionals, this may not be the best choice. While the staff are lovely, management has been condescending and often avoids accountability. I faced unexpected charges for water, which was initially included in the rent. Additionally, cleanliness has been an issue, with pest problems in the bin area. Security is also a concern, as non-residents have access to the building due to the renting of amenities. Overall, I would not recommend this place unless you're prepared to face management issues and unexpected costs.
