My parcel was delivered to the wrong address and left on an insecure front doorstep which is absolutely not the fault of the company. However when I reached out to them to resolve they refused to contact the delivery company and insisted that I did. This is not policy as they are the ones with the contract with the delivery company. I contacted the delivery company (no surprise it was Yodel who lose more parcels than they deliver), I obtained proof of delivery which was a picture on a doorstep which was not mine. Livora then requested me to send not only this picture but a picture of my doorstep to evidence they were different. I did all of this and have now had no response for a week. They have not sent a replacement or issued a refund. Thankfully I paid using PayPal who have investigated and issued me a refund but the customer service from Livora has been awful.
