Very disappointed with Livora. My razor took two weeks to arrive, and I later discovered I had been automatically signed up for a refill subscription without clearly realising it. I only wanted to buy a razor, not subscribe.
I was unexpectedly charged £28, and although it mentions an eight-week refill, I was charged again within six weeks of purchase. I’ve emailed customer service and received no response.

I ordered the thermal brush early Jan and have not received it. I already paid for it. When i check the tracking number it says it does not exist.
Please help so that I can get the brush delivered
Tracking for shipping was a little bit difficult to navigate and have an idea of when it would show up. As for the product itself, it’s sleek, charges quickly and seems to work well. I have had a couple knicks and a little bit of irritation on my underarms but overall it works well.
My parcel was delivered to the wrong address and left on an insecure front doorstep which is absolutely not the fault of the company. However when I reached out to them to resolve they refused to contact the delivery company and insisted that I did. This is not policy as they are the ones with the contract with the delivery company. I contacted the delivery company (no surprise it was Yodel who lose more parcels than they deliver), I obtained proof of delivery which was a picture on a doorstep which was not mine. Livora then requested me to send not only this picture but a picture of my doorstep to evidence they were different. I did all of this and have now had no response for a week. They have not sent a replacement or issued a refund. Thankfully I paid using PayPal who have investigated and issued me a refund but the customer service from Livora has been awful.
Well I fell victim, should have dug deeper before placing the order.I am extremely frustrated with this entire experience.I placed an order and requested cancellation the very SAME day (01/17)—before the order was fulfilled. Despite multiple emails clearly asking for cancellation and a refund, the company ignored my request and refused to process it. Instead of addressing the issue, customer support deflected responsibility and essentially stopped helping.The product arrived anyway, despite my same-day cancellation request, and to make matters worse, it is absolute garbage.When I opened the razor head, there was a gross, gooey substance inside, which is completely unacceptable for a personal care product. Could it be grease, maybe, BUT regardless, It looks unsanitary and unsafe to use. This is not just poor quality — it’s concerning. Not to mention gross. Between: • Ignoring a same-day cancellation request • Forcing delivery anyway • Poor customer service • And receiving a defective, unhygienic productI would STRONGLY advise others to avoid this company entirely. This has been a frustrating, time-consuming experience from start to finish.
