Do not recommend, received faulty product and denied refund

Firstly it took 3 weeks to arrive. It started off ok, although does not provide smooth shave as advertised. After about 2 weeks it started randomly turning on then running flat. It then stopped working all together. I requested a refund and they have sent me a replacement which I have no interest in. This product was a complete waste of money and I will now be stuck with another poor quality product that I do not want.
