My experience with this company has been nothing short of dreadful. I've been waiting for my product pickup since November 28th. My return was inexplicably canceled without any explanation or attempt to resolve it. The trouble began when I started calling for updates. Each time, I was told it was escalated and would be picked up the next day, but every day I receive the same response. No one is taking responsibility. Today, a representative mentioned I would receive a call this evening, but I have little faith that will happen. As a first-time customer, this has been the worst experience. I expect a resolution within the next 48 business hours, considering the weekend. It’s truly disappointing.
