Disheartening Experience with the Service

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with the service and feel it’s important to share so others can be cautious before deciding. 1️⃣ Overall, the experience was very poor — The entire process felt deceptive and did not align with what was promised during booking. 2️⃣ Material quality was very disappointing — The materials used in my project fell far short of expectations and differed from what was initially shown or discussed. 3️⃣ Carpentry work was subpar — The finishing was inadequate, there were alignment issues everywhere, and the workmanship did not meet the claimed standards. 4️⃣ Project was not delivered on time — There were constant delays without proper updates. Each milestone was pushed back without explanation. 5️⃣ Unprofessional and arrogant behavior — Many team members appeared rude and unprofessional. Rather than resolving issues, they added to the stress. 6️⃣ Constant follow-ups were necessary — Progress was stalled unless I followed up repeatedly. I had to call multiple times just to get basic updates on the work. Overall, I regret selecting this service. My experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I hope they take responsibility and enhance their service.

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience with this service. I have been waiting for the product to be picked up since November 28th. My return was cancelled without any explanation or effort to resolve it. The frustration began as soon as I started calling for help. I’ve only been told that it’s escalated and that it will be picked up tomorrow, but every day I call, I receive the same response. No one seems willing to take responsibility. Today, the representative mentioned I would receive a call this evening, but I’m certain that won't happen. As a first-time customer, this has been the worst experience I've encountered. I hope to see a resolution within the next 48 business hours, considering the weekend. This is very disappointing.

My experience with this company has been nothing short of dreadful. I've been waiting for my product pickup since November 28th. My return was inexplicably canceled without any explanation or attempt to resolve it. The trouble began when I started calling for updates. Each time, I was told it was escalated and would be picked up the next day, but every day I receive the same response. No one is taking responsibility. A sincere review of the service - Very disappointing

I am compelled to share my experience regarding the after-sales service from this company. We had two projects completed, and the support afterwards has been incredibly lacking. For the first project, despite informing them about the exposure to wind, the hinges became loose immediately after completion. During a discussion with a representative, I was unfairly blamed for the issue. For the second project, I was told that water damage was the cause of a swollen cabinet, which is simply unreasonable. This company charges premium prices but does not take responsibility for their work. The after-sales service is practically non-existent, and the behavior of the staff has been unprofessional. Overall, my experience has highlighted several flaws in their service, and I hope this helps others in making informed decisions.

Very unsatisfied with the service quality...

I am quite unhappy with the overall service and workmanship. The kitchen demolition was executed in a thoroughly unprofessional way. The workers left debris, including infested materials, in my backyard, endangering my other belongings. The team showed a lack of professionalism, and the support after installation was very poor. I have ongoing issues with the kitchen cabinet door. When I raised these, the company insisted the installation was done as per the approved drawings, which is unreasonable as clients aren't experts. Despite numerous follow-ups, the issues remain unresolved, with only temporary fixes provided. The company fails to uphold its commitments and shows little accountability after payment. I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable work.

Disappointed with the service quality...

As an NRI residing abroad, I hired this company for interior work in my property, anticipating quality service and materials. Regrettably, the experience has been very disappointing. The work was poorly executed, and there are many unresolved issues, including flooding from the kitchen sink and missing deliveries despite full payment. I expected premium service, but what I received did not meet the promised standards. Their team has been unresponsive to my queries and complaints. As someone who trusted this company from afar, I feel let down. I would not recommend them to any NRI or anyone seeking reliable service.

I am extremely unhappy with how this project has been managed. Despite multiple reminders and follow-ups, there has been no significant progress or accountability. A thoroughly disappointing experience

I would strongly advise against using this service. The management is highly unprofessional, and customer service is virtually non-existent. Six months have passed with no progress, just vague promises. The team is unresponsive, and there is no accountability. The designers lack creativity, merely replicating ideas from elsewhere. I found the local team particularly lacking in professionalism. If you value your time and money, I recommend staying away from this company.

Beware of their low pricing tactics...

Be cautious of their pricing strategies; I fell for them and am now facing a nightmare. My project is over six months delayed, and they have halted work, demanding the remaining payment before proceeding. Their lack of professionalism is evident, and no one is taking responsibility. They charge handling fees, but for what? Their promises regarding compensation for delays are misleading; I've asked for adjustments, but no one is responding. They have also caused damage to my neighbor's property without rectifying it.
