I am extremely unhappy with how this project has been managed. Despite multiple reminders and follow-ups, there has been no significant progress or accountability. The delays, miscommunication, and lack of responsibility are unacceptable for a project of this nature. I expected professionalism and timely execution when I entrusted this company with my project. Instead, I have had to chase for updates and face excuses, while the team shows no urgency to complete the outstanding work. Taking full payment upfront and failing to deliver is unethical. This has caused significant inconvenience and financial strain, and I no longer trust their reliability. If there is no clear action or timeline for completion soon, I will escalate this matter publicly.
