This has been an incredibly frustrating experience with this service. I have been waiting for the product to be picked up since November 28th. My return was cancelled without any explanation or effort to resolve it. The frustration began as soon as I started calling for help. I’ve only been told that it’s escalated and that it will be picked up tomorrow, but every day I call, I receive the same response. No one seems willing to take responsibility. Today, the representative mentioned I would receive a call this evening, but I’m certain that won't happen. As a first-time customer, this has been the worst experience I've encountered. I hope to see a resolution within the next 48 business hours, considering the weekend. This is very disappointing.
