I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment regarding the responses shared by Livspace team in the WhatsApp group. The pending payment amount has been revised three times within a single day without proper clarification. Initially, I was informed that the balance amount was ₹86,000. Subsequently, I was asked to pay ₹1,25,000, then ₹1,09,500, and finally ₹1,02,000. These repeated and unexplained changes in the pending amount reflect a serious discrepancy and unprofessional handling of my account. Due to this inconsistency and lack of transparency, I am no longer willing to proceed with the remaining payment or continue the interior work with Livspace. I request them to either: Provide materials equivalent to the amount of ₹1,77,414 already paid, or Provide electronic items worth ₹1,77,414 But received no response from them
