I bought an annual license for a creative software suite. Initially, everything was fine, but after a few months, my access was revoked multiple times. Currently, I cannot access the applications despite having a valid license. There has been no new invitation or clear communication. Support only sends automated replies or is unreachable by phone. For software that requires reliability, this has been a complete failure. I strongly discourage purchasing subscriptions from this seller.
