I acquired an annual license for Adobe Creative Cloud from a certain platform. Initially, everything functioned well, but after a few months, my access was revoked several times. Now, I cannot access the Adobe applications even though I have a valid license. There has been no new invitation or clear information provided. Support only replies with automated messages or doesn't respond at all, and there is no phone support available. For software that should be dependable, this situation is utterly unacceptable. I highly recommend steering clear of purchasing Adobe subscriptions from this seller.
I cannot recommend this service. I purchased a creative software suite in October, and my license has been revoked three times since then. I have been without access for a week. There has been no response to my support emails, and I cannot reach anyone by phone. This is highly unprofessional!
This is totally unacceptable! They claim to offer 24/7 support, but I never receive replies. I have been repeatedly locked out of my account, which I accessed through this service. When I try to log back in, I am offered various shared accounts that do not grant me access to the software I paid for. The last email I received was about some internal changes, and I had to confirm my details again. This is highly unprofessional and frustrating, as I depend on functioning software. I regret not reading reviews beforehand and will pay extra for a direct license in the future.
I have experienced extremely poor service with a license purchased from their online store. There have been multiple downtimes attributed to 'Adobe' as they claim. Yes, their prices are low, but now it is costing me. I will not purchase from them again!

UPDATE: After my review, my access to my paid license was completely revoked. I purchased a creative software license on September 21. When I attempted to use the latest version, I was denied access. I contacted support on October 21, and as of today, October 30, I still have not received a response. I have called multiple times with no answer. Their website claims to offer 24/7 support, which is clearly false. As a paying customer, I expect at least a basic level of service. After more than a week of silence, I find this unprofessional and disappointing.
I purchased software from them but did not receive a key to download it legally from the official website. Instead, they provided a downloadable version that won't allow for future updates and raises legal concerns. I reached out for clarification but received no response in four days.
