Full on shit show when it comes to communication...
My Adobe Photo license ran out without a warning and without a replacement. Then several months of silence even when spamming the support with tickets. Then i got asked to open a new ticket with a specific title AURELION. The promise was to resolve the issues but you guessed it...no followup communication at all. I payed full price for a year and don't have access to it anymore. Absolute ripoff. Don't buy any time based licenses, you might loose access to them at any point
