I’m not surprised to see the recent reviews are quite negative. After experiencing delays with another unreliable company that misled me about product availability, I reached out to this service before placing my order on Thursday morning to confirm they had the items in stock. A representative informed me that they should be able to ship my order the same day for next-day delivery by the weekend (barring any weather-related issues), as long as I ordered before around 14:00. I placed my order and made the payment at about 13:15 that day, and my card was charged right away. However, on Friday, a different representative mentioned they couldn’t confirm what the previous person said and that the items were not in stock at all, indicating they wouldn’t arrive on time... I had hoped that even if they didn’t ship on Thursday, they would at least send it out on Friday, allowing me to receive it by Monday (weather permitting), ahead of a planned trip. This experience has been very disappointing.
