Review Time
I’m not surprised to see the recent reviews are quite negative. After experiencing delays with another unreliable company that misled me about product availability, I reached out to this service before placing my order on Thursday morning to confirm they had the items in stock. A representative informed me that they should be able to ship my order the same day for next-day delivery by the weekend (barring any weather-related issues), as long as I ordered before around 14:00. I placed my order and made the payment at about 13:15 that day, and my card was charged right away. However, on Friday, a different representative mentioned they couldn’t confirm what the previous person said and that the items were not in stock at all, indicating they wouldn’t arrive on time... I had hoped that even if they didn’t ship on Thursday, they would at least send it out on Friday, allowing me to receive it by Monday (weather permitting), ahead of a planned trip. This experience has been very disappointing.
I had previously raised a concern about receiving the wrong items, but they resolved it overnight, even during the holiday season, which pleasantly surprised me. I've since removed my earlier comments as it's clear they are making a strong effort to satisfy their customers. Thank you!
