Put and order in for new rims and tyres, over £2k worth so not a small order.
Had to initially chase the order up after a week and the the rims came with the wrong profile size tyres on 35,s and 40’s instead of 40’s and 45’s. Decided to let that go as not a huge difference. Then the TPMS valves were not recognised by the car having provided all the details required for them to be correctly programmed when the tyres were fitted.
Their solution 1) Drive many 100’s of miles to them so they could program them again at my own expense 2) Pay for a tyre shop to rip the brand new tyres of the brand new rims and the tyres off the old rims and have that tyre shop refit my old sensors in my new rims, god knows how much that would have cost me and send them the sensors back for a refund of the £155 I had paid to get them fitted or 3) Get a local tyre shop to sort out the problem and re-program the TPMS sensors correctly.
Obviously I opted for the 3rd option and when the sensors were correctly programmed they worked fine but it still cost me the labour for that.
I sent LK Performance a copy of the invoice I was charged expecting a refund of the amount I had had to pay to get the sensors correctly programmed and but no reply back from them.
This level of poor attention to original order details and then appalling customer support means I cannot recommend this company if you’re thinking of changing your rims.
